RATE SCHEDULE
WATER RATES (EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025)
Minimum Monthly Charge- $25.00 First 1,000 gal. (ON ORIGINAL SYSTEM)
Minimum Monthly Charge- $35.00 First 1,000 gal. (ON GRAY HOLLOW EXTENSIONS)
Usage from 1,001-5,000 gallons $ 6.25 per 1,000 gallons used
Usage from 5,001-10,000 gallons $ 6.50 per 1,000 gallons used
Usage from 10,001-15,000 gallons $ 6.75 per 1,000 gallons used
Usage from 15,001-20,000 gallons $ 7.00 per 1,000 gallons used
Usage over 20,001 gallons $ 7.25 per 1,000 gallons used
WATER LEAK ADJUSTMENT
There will be no adjustments of charges for water leaks occurring on the customer's side of the meters. The District will work out a payment schedule with the customer when necessary, IF APPROVED BY THE DISTRICT MANAGER,
LATE CHARGES
Bills not paid by the 20th of the month are subject to a ten percent (10%) late charge.
DELINQUENT ACCOUNT DISCONNECT FEE
Bills not paid following a five (5) day written notice ...$50.00
RETURN CHECK CHARGE.... ...................................$30.00
METER ACCURACY CHECK.....................................$100.00
The District will perform an accuracy check on a meter at customer's request. If meter is determined accurate within 2% fast or slow, the customer will be charged for the service. If meter is determined to registering above allowable limits, there will be no charge for accuracy check, meter will be replaced, and adjustment made on billing for month check is requested. If customer requests a "Certified" test and meter is certified within allowances (+or- 2%), the cost of certified testing will be charged to customer in addition to the $10.00 charge.
RELOCATION FEE - Benefit Unit moved.
Actual cost to the district will be charged to customer.
